Cancellation requests received prior to 1 business day after receipt of the order will be treated as order cancellation.
In case of successful cancellation as described in the previous section on this page, we can provide a refund. Depending on the extent of the order processing, GetFitKart will retain a retaining fee to cover the costs of packaging or any other costs incurred while processing the order for shipment. In case no charges have been incurred, GetFitKart will provide a 100% refund. It should be noted that GetFitKart is only responsible for initiating the refund process; the time when the refunded amount will arrive in the customer's account solely depends on the payment gateway's refund policy, which is separate and independent of this policy. The customer is directed to follow up with the associated payment gateway for this purpose.
If the customer had initiated the order payment by debit card or via net banking, the amount will be refunded back to the same account. In case the order payment had been initiated by credit card, refunds will be issued back to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. It should be noted, however, that in all such cases, the final decision for this rests with the payment gateway service provider, and the customer is directed to contact them during payment follow-ups.
